How to request deletion
To request deletion of your MyLedger Pro account and associated data:
- Submit the form on this page, or email info@myledgerpro.in from the email address registered with your account.
- Use the subject “Delete MyLedger Pro Account.”
- Include your registered phone number so we can locate your account.
- We may contact you to verify account ownership before deleting any data.
- Your account and eligible associated data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.

Use this form to send a deletion request to My Ledger Pro developer. We will confirm ownership and process eligible data within 30 days.
Data we delete
After we verify your request, the following MyLedger Pro account information and associated data will be deleted:
- Profile and account details (name, email, phone, password)
- Customers, parties, and contact records you created
- Loans, ledgers, and transaction history
- Payments, interest records, and related calculations
- Reminders, notes, and in-app notifications
- Uploaded documents, images, and attachments
- Reports, categories, settings, and other account information stored in MyLedger Pro
Data we may retain
Some records may be retained where required by Indian law or to protect My Ledger Pro developer and our users. We do not keep this data for marketing.
